HOW SOON CAN I SCHEDULE?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A TECHNICIAN WILL ARRIVE?
When our technician is en route, they will either send you a text message or give you a phone call. Unlike other service providers, our prompt arrival means you won't have to wait for an extended period of time.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE WITH THE TECHNICIAN THE ENTIRE TIME?
It is not necessary for you to be present during the technician's work. While some customers may enjoy observing the process, you are free to run errands, attend to work, or focus on any other tasks during that time. Our main objective is to make your day as convenient as possible.
MY ISSUE ISN'T LISTED AS AN OPTION - CAN YOU FIX IT?
We'd be happy to connect you with a technician who can perform a Service call on your phone and determine whether Puls can repair it. We do charge a fee for Service call tests. However, if the technician is able to diagnose and solve the issue, we'll waive the Service call fee and simply charge you for the needed repair.
Furniture Assembly
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
i360 Handyman Services offers convenient on-site assembly and installation services for various categories of furniture, including Home and Office Furniture, Kitchen Cabinets, Cubicles, Fixtures, Furnishings, Sporting Goods, and Closet Systems. Additionally, we provide disassembly, product relocation, and reassembly services to cater to your specific needs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ASSEMBLER IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND NEEDS TO RETURN LATER?
In the majority of instances, this is likely due to the prolonged duration of the assembly process. However, the customer will not incur any fees if they request the assembler to return within 2-3 days to complete the services. Typically, scheduling the assembler to return the next day is highly recommended.
IF YOU’RE ASKING WHETHER THERE IS A MINIMUM SERVICE FEE, THE ANSWER IS YES.
The minimum service call fee can vary depending on the variables involved, but it can be anywhere from $60 to $75.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES?
The quote includes travel charges.

HOW DOES TV MOUNTING WORK?

No TV size is too large for our skilled technicians, and we offer a wide range of brackets to suit your preferences.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY MATERIALS FOR MY SERVICE, OTHER THAN THE TV?
In order to connect your TV to any AV components, it is essential to have all the required cables, such as HDMI, optical, audio, and power cables. Additionally, if cord masking or concealment materials are included in your service, you will need to provide them.
WHAT TYPE OF TV MOUNT DO I NEED?
In order to support your TV's screen size and weight, it is important to select a mount that is appropriately rated. For TVs mounted above normal viewing levels, tilting mounts are ideal as they allow for vertical angle adjustments. If you prefer more flexibility, full-motion mounts not only offer tilting, but also side-to-side swiveling and folding arms to adjust the TV's distance from the wall. Adding a TV mount to your service is possible at an extra cost.

WHAT DOES A SMART HOME INSTALL CONSIST OF?
A skilled technician will visit your residence to install your smart device, ensuring the seamless connection of the device with your internet network.
DO I NEED A WIFI CONNECTION IN ORDER TO USE SMART HOME DEVICES?
In order to fully utilize the features and capabilities of your devices, a Wifi connection is necessary during the installation process. Please make sure that you have your Wifi password readily available to connect your new devices.
IS THE TECHNICIAN GOING TO TEACH ME ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ITS USAGE?
Absolutely! Our expert technicians are more than happy to provide you with a concise tutorial on how to efficiently utilize the relevant application on your new device. Additionally, they will demonstrate the key features of the application with utmost clarity.
IT IT NECESSARY TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT ON THE APP IN ORDER TO UTILIZE MY SMART DEVICE?
In order to fully utilize most smart home devices, you are typically required to establish a user account.
